Good morning!

My name is Maryla and I come from Poland. I am passionate about English language and culture, and I would like to share my knowledge with you by providing English lessons.

Even though I am not a native speaker of English, this might be considered an advantage because it helps me put myself in the position of a language student when approaching various linguistic issues.

Moreover, I am a proficient French speaker - I have obtained a DALF C2 certificate and I am currently living in France. Fascinated by French language and culture, I would be happy to introduce you to the French language and help you become fluent.

As a native speaker of Polish, I also offer lessons of my mother tongue. I can help you become communicative in Polish by providing you with examples of expressions useful in everyday situations that we then practise in particular contexts.

I have been awarded the degree of Master of Arts in English philology from the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, as well as CELTA certificate with a PASS B note.

I have a 10 years' experience in teaching English and French to learners of various ages and levels of language advancement. I've also worked for several language school where one of my main tasks was to prepare students for Cambridge or IELTS exams.

Teaching is my passion – it gives me personal satisfaction and makes me motivated to put a lot of effort into preparing my lessons. I am conscientious and hard-working, and I always strive to find solutions that would allow me to pass on knowledge in the most effective way.

Moreover, I consider myself a creative person and I do my best to render my lessons both interesting and enjoyable for the students. Teaching online appeals to me inasmuch as it allows for a bigger flexibility in the choice of working hours, leaving space for other daily activities.

My experience in teaching has taught me that confidence is the key to success while learning a foreign language. That's why I always strive to help students overcome their "block" in talking and focus on being communicative. Making mistakes while talking is actually one of the best learning methods that helps students to make considerable progress. I consider grammar as a tool that enables speakers to make themselves understood in particular situations, not as a set of rules to memorise.

Taking into account various needs of learners, I offer "standard" language lessons (listening, reading, writing speaking), conversations, lessons with cultural elements or preparation for linguistic exams (FCE, CAE, IELTS, TOEIC, etc.)

Cześć! Nazywam się Maryla i pochodzę z Polski. Chciałabym zaoferować naukę mojego języka ojczystego, którego znajomość może dać wiele satysfakcji, mimo, że nie jest on najłatwiejszy. Uczenie sprawia mi przyjemność - od 10 lat udzielam korepetycji z języka angielskiego i francuskiego. Ponadto, moją pasją jest pisarstwo, więc mam łatwość w posługiwaniu się językiem. Oferuję konwersacje, naukę gramatyki, jak również lekcje na temat polskiej kultury i literatury.

Oferuję również lekcje języka angielskiego - ukończyłam studia na wydziale filologii angielskiej oraz mam renomowany certyfikat nauczania CELTA. Myślę, że fakt, iż język angielski nie jest moim językiem ojczystym może być postrzegany jako zaleta, jako że potrafię postawić się na miejscu ucznia i wiem, jakie metody są skuteczne, aby robić postępy w języku.

Ponadto, oferuję lekcje języka francuskiego - posiadam certyfikat DALF C2 oraz przez kilka lat mieszkałam we Francji. Fascynuje mnie język francuski oraz kultura tego kraju, więc chętnie podzielę się tą pasją podczas lekcji.

Ukończyłam studia na wydziale Filologii Angielskiej Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego. Posiadam certyfikat nauczania CELTA, natomiast z języka francuskiego certyfikat DALF C2. Od 10 lat udzielam korepetycji z języka angielskiego i francuskiego, więc mam spore doświadczenie w nauce osób w różnym wieku i o różnych zainteresowaniach. Pracowałam również w kilku szkołach językowych, gdzie jednym z moich zadań było przygotowywanie uczniów do egzaminów Cambridge oraz IELTS.

Uczenie to moja pasja, dlatego też zawsze staram się przygotowywać interesujące lekcje, dostosowane do poziomu i oczekiwań moich uczniów. Ze względu na indywidualne podejście, często przygotowuję materiały, które są dostosowane do potrzeb i umiejętności każdego z uczniów. Mam spore doświadczenie w przygotowywaniu uczniów do egzaminów językowych, więc mogę pomóc w znalezieniu dla siebie odpowiedniej metody. Na lekcjach skupiam się przede wszystkim na tym, aby uczniowie nie bali się mówić w języku obcym i stopniowo nabierali pewności siebie. Pamiętajmy, że wszyscy uczymy się na błędach :)

Je m'appelle Maryla et je suis polonaise. J'ai commencé à apprendre le français ça fait plus de 20 ans et cette langue continue de me fasciner. J'aimerais partager cette passion avec vous en vous offrant des cours particuliers. Même si français n’est pas ma langue maternelle, j’estime que mes connaissances linguistiques me rendent parfaitement bilingue. De plus, j'adore enseigner donc je m’applique à préparer des leçons professionnelles et intéressantes.

J'offre aussi des leçons d'anglais. J'ai obtenu le diplôme de Master en philologie anglaise, ainsi que le certificat d'enseignement CELTA. Je ferai de mon mieux pour vous aider à faire des progrès dans cette langue utile et très belle. En plus, fascinée par la culture anglaise, j'aime bien intégrer des éléments culturels dans mes leçons.

En outre, je vous invite à apprendre ma langue maternelle - le polonais. Je serai ravie de partager la culture de mon pays avec vous et de vous montrer que la langue polonaise n'est pas, en fait, si difficile :)

Je me considère comme une personne créative et j’essaie toujours de stimuler l’intérêt et la mémoire de mes élèves par des leçons intéressantes et ludiques. L'enseignement à distance me paraît une option parfaite pour offrir une plage horaire plus vaste et flexible, adaptée à la disponibilité journalière des élèves.
