Hello, my name is George Vadasz and I'm an experienced native Hungarian tutor currently living in Hungary. I have been giving Hungarian lessons online with Verbalplanet since 2021. I am currently offering a discounted initial trial lesson at 70% off my normal lesson price for new students.
About me - English

I’m a professional EFL teacher with more than 25 years of practice in various areas of English language teaching: state and private schools, company courses, one to one tuition, teacher training, etc, and 15 years in online teaching.

I specialise in fluency practice just as well in exam preparation and preparing students for communication at work - giving confidence with the language at job interviews, meetings, business talks, etc.

I teach how to practise and improve in an efficient and enjoyable way. After you tell me about your aims and goals and I estimate your skills level, I make a plan for our lessons to achieve the best possible results.

I also teach Hungarian, which is my native language, in the same way.

Teaching Approach

I always focus on the student’s interests and needs, and I maintain a balance of improving various skills as required by your goals.

There is a friendly and humorous atmosphere in the lesson, I always have a lot of fun with my students, and we both are happy as your skills improve: your success is my success, too, so I do my job well, and you do it well, too.

In the lesson I always use screen sharing with pictures, slide presentations and all kinds of tasks to make our classes more efficient, I give homework and advice on self-study, and I provide free study materials in pdf.
