Hi! I’m Maryla, a Polish language enthusiast currently living in sunny Italy. Languages have always been at the center of my life — not just as a teacher, but as a learner, traveler, and communicator. Originally from Poland, I’ve spent several years living and working in France, and for the past ten years I’ve been based in Italy. Experiencing different cultures from the inside has deeply shaped the way I understand languages — they’re not just grammar and vocabulary, but people, emotions, and connection.

I teach English, French, Polish, and Italian, and I genuinely love switching between them every day. Being multilingual myself means I truly understand both the excitement and the frustration that can come with learning a new language. I know what it feels like to search for words, to feel shy speaking, or to suddenly realize you’re finally thinking in another language. That personal experience helps me connect with my students in a very human and supportive way.

For me, teaching isn’t just a profession — it’s something I’m passionate about. Watching my students grow in confidence and fluency is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.

I have over 15 years of teaching experience, working both online and in traditional classrooms. During this time, I’ve taught individuals and groups, children, teenagers, and adults — which means I’m comfortable adapting to different ages, personalities, and learning styles. Every student brings something unique to the lesson, and that variety keeps my work exciting and inspiring.

A large part of my experience involves preparing students for international exams. I’ve helped learners successfully prepare for Cambridge exams such as KET, PET, FCE, CAE, and CPE, as well as IELTS. I’m very familiar with exam structures, assessment criteria, and effective preparation strategies — but I also make sure that exam training doesn’t feel dry or overwhelming.

In addition to teaching, I’ve worked as a translator, proofreader, and editor. This professional background has sharpened my attention to detail and deepened my understanding of how languages function at a high level.

I also hold the DALF C2 certificate in French, and having lived and worked in France, I’ve developed not only academic but also real-life fluency. Similarly, after ten years in Italy, Italian is part of my everyday life — not just something from a textbook.

My teaching style is conversational, supportive, and tailored to each individual student. I strongly believe that one of the biggest obstacles in language learning isn’t grammar — it’s psychological blocks. Fear of making mistakes, lack of confidence, or past negative experiences can hold students back much more than vocabulary gaps. That’s why creating a safe and encouraging atmosphere is always my first priority.

As a language learner myself, I understand the emotional side of the process. I know how vulnerable it can feel to speak in a foreign language. In my lessons, mistakes are not failures — they’re natural and necessary steps toward progress. Together, we focus on communication first, building fluency and confidence, while gradually refining accuracy.

I carefully adapt materials and methods to each student’s goals, whether that’s passing an exam, improving conversation skills, relocating abroad, or simply learning for pleasure. I combine structured guidance with flexibility, ensuring that lessons are both effective and enjoyable. My aim is simple: to help you feel confident, capable, and comfortable using your new language in real life.

Cześć! Jestem Maryla. Pochodzę z Polski, a na co dzień mieszkam we Włoszech. Języki obce od zawsze były ważną częścią mojego życia — nie tylko zawodowo, ale też prywatnie. Przez kilka lat mieszkałam i pracowałam we Francji, a od dziesięciu lat moje życie toczy się we Włoszech. Dzięki temu wiem, jak to jest naprawdę funkcjonować w obcym języku — w pracy, w urzędzie, w rozmowach ze znajomymi czy w zwykłych codziennych sytuacjach.

Uczę angielskiego, francuskiego, polskiego i włoskiego. Praca z różnymi językami daje mi ogromną satysfakcję i energię. Sama uwielbiam się ich uczyć, dlatego doskonale rozumiem, z czym mierzą się moi uczniowie. Znam momenty zwątpienia, pustkę w głowie podczas mówienia i to uczucie niepewności. Ale znam też tę radość, kiedy nagle zaczynasz mówić płynniej i swobodniej.

Nauczanie to dla mnie coś więcej niż praca — to relacja, proces i wspólna droga do celu.

Uczę już od ponad 15 lat — zarówno stacjonarnie, jak i online. Pracowałam z dziećmi, młodzieżą i dorosłymi, prowadziłam zajęcia indywidualne oraz grupowe. Ta różnorodność nauczyła mnie elastyczności i uważności na potrzeby konkretnej osoby. Bo każdy uczy się inaczej — w swoim tempie i na swój sposób.

Przygotowuję uczniów do egzaminów Cambridge (KET, PET, FCE, CAE, CPE) oraz IELTS. Dobrze znam strukturę tych egzaminów i wiem, jak skutecznie do nich podejść — bez paniki i bez wkuwania „na pamięć”. Stawiam na zrozumienie, strategię i systematyczność.

Mam certyfikat DALF C2 z języka francuskiego, a lata spędzone we Francji pozwoliły mi osiągnąć swobodę i naturalność w używaniu tego języka. Od dziesięciu lat mieszkam we Włoszech, więc włoski to dla mnie nie tylko język pracy, ale codzienności.

Pracowałam również jako tłumaczka, korektorka i redaktorka — co sprawiło, że zwracam dużą uwagę na niuanse, styl i precyzję językową.

W mojej pracy najważniejsza jest komunikacja i poczucie bezpieczeństwa. Wierzę, że największą blokadą w nauce języka rzadko jest gramatyka — częściej jest nią stres, perfekcjonizm albo obawa przed błędami. Dlatego tworzę atmosferę, w której można mówić swobodnie i bez presji.

Błędy są naturalną częścią nauki — to znak, że próbujesz i się rozwijasz. Najpierw budujemy płynność i pewność siebie, a dokładność dopracowujemy stopniowo.

Zawsze dopasowuję materiały i sposób pracy do Twoich celów — czy przygotowujesz się do egzaminu, chcesz swobodnie rozmawiać, planujesz wyjazd za granicę, czy po prostu uczysz się dla siebie.

Moim celem jest jedno: żebyś zaczął/zaczęła mówić pewniej, swobodniej i z większą przyjemnością.

Je m’appelle Maryla, je suis Polonaise et je vis actuellement en Italie. Les langues ont toujours occupé une place centrale dans ma vie — non seulement en tant qu’enseignante, mais aussi en tant qu’apprenante passionnée, voyageuse et citoyenne du monde. J’ai vécu et travaillé plusieurs années en France, et cela fait maintenant dix ans que je vis et travaille en Italie. Ces expériences m’ont permis de découvrir les langues de l’intérieur, à travers la culture, les relations humaines et la vie quotidienne.

J’enseigne l’anglais, le français, le polonais et l’italien, et j’adore passer d’une langue à l’autre. Être moi-même multilingue m’aide à comprendre profondément les défis liés à l’apprentissage d’une langue étrangère. Je sais ce que cela signifie chercher ses mots, hésiter à parler, ou au contraire ressentir la joie de pouvoir enfin s’exprimer avec fluidité.

Pour moi, enseigner n’est pas seulement un métier — c’est une véritable passion. Accompagner mes élèves dans leur progression et les voir gagner en confiance est l’une des plus grandes satisfactions de mon travail.

Je suis titulaire du DALF C2 en français, et le fait d’avoir vécu et travaillé en France m’a permis d’atteindre une maîtrise authentique et naturelle de la langue. De plus, après dix ans en Italie, l’italien fait pleinement partie de mon quotidien.

En parallèle, j’ai travaillé comme traductrice, correctrice et éditrice, ce qui m’a permis de développer une grande précision linguistique et une attention particulière aux détails.

Ma méthode est avant tout communicative, bienveillante et adaptée à chaque élève. Je suis convaincue que le principal obstacle dans l’apprentissage d’une langue n’est pas la grammaire, mais le blocage psychologique. La peur de faire des erreurs ou le manque de confiance peuvent freiner la progression bien plus que les difficultés linguistiques. C’est pourquoi je mets un point d’honneur à créer un environnement sûr et encourageant.

En tant qu’apprenante de langues moi-même, je comprends parfaitement les émotions liées à ce processus. Dans mes cours, les erreurs font partie du chemin vers la réussite. Nous travaillons d’abord la communication et la fluidité, puis nous affinons progressivement la précision et la correction.

J’adapte toujours le matériel et les méthodes aux besoins et aux objectifs de chaque élève — qu’il s’agisse de préparer un examen, d’améliorer ses compétences conversationnelles, de s’installer à l’étranger ou simplement d’apprendre par plaisir. Mon objectif est clair : vous aider à vous sentir confiant(e), autonome et à l’aise dans votre nouvelle langue.

Le lingue sono sempre state una parte fondamentale della mia vita — non solo come lavoro, ma come passione e modo di conoscere il mondo. Ho vissuto e lavorato per diversi anni in Francia e so cosa significa costruirsi una vita in un’altra lingua: al lavoro, nelle relazioni, nelle piccole situazioni quotidiane.

Essendo anch’io un’appassionata di lingue straniere, capisco molto bene cosa si prova quando si impara: i momenti di frustrazione, il “vuoto” mentre si cerca una parola, ma anche la soddisfazione enorme quando finalmente si riesce a parlare con più sicurezza e naturalezza.

Per me insegnare non è solo trasmettere regole grammaticali. È accompagnare qualcuno in un percorso di crescita, passo dopo passo, fino a sentirsi davvero a proprio agio in una nuova lingua.

Il mio approccio è comunicativo, flessibile e personalizzato. Credo che il vero ostacolo nell’apprendimento di una lingua non sia la grammatica, ma il blocco psicologico: la paura di sbagliare, la timidezza, la sensazione di non essere “abbastanza bravi”.

Per questo creo un ambiente sereno e di fiducia, dove si può parlare liberamente. Gli errori fanno parte del percorso — sono segnali di crescita, non di fallimento. Prima lavoriamo sulla fluidità e sulla sicurezza, poi perfezioniamo gradualmente l’accuratezza.

Adatto sempre materiali e metodo agli obiettivi dello studente: preparazione a un esame, migliorare la conversazione, trasferirsi all’estero o semplicemente imparare per piacere personale.
