Hello! My name is Geir Haugland, and I have dedicated my professional life to helping people improve their lives. With a background in psychology and years of experience as a therapeutic counselor, I have worked with individuals facing a wide range of challenges—from mental health issues and addiction to personal development and life transitions.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology and am a certified SMART Recovery facilitator, specializing in addiction support and cognitive behavior strategies. I understand the learning process and am used to guiding and instructing people.

My teaching approach is tailored to the individual. I believe that no two people are the same, and therefore, no two solutions or learning paths should be identical. That being said, I recommend conversation, reading and watching Norwegian, and practicing what is important to you. You are the protagonist on your language journey, and I want to help you.
